Our paid Internship Programme allows students to bring new perspectives, innovative ideas, and research experience into the Bank's work, while improving skills in the workplace environment.

Internships are available in multiple domains, such as Software Engineering & Development, Data Analysis, Business & Product Development, Market Studies, Human Resources, etc.)..

Working schedule and choices to work remotely, on premises or mixed of both will be determined in coordination with the interns to ensure flextime for freedom to plan their Study / work / life balance.

To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme relevant to an internship opening at the Bank and completed the first academic undergraduate year at minimum or undergoing a postgraduate programme.
• Proficient in the languages required for the internship opening whether English, Arabic or both.
• Equipped with the skills, knowledge and behavioral competencies needed for the internship opening.
• Fulfil the entry requirements specified for Internship opening.
