We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects in the banking domain, with a strong focus on Cards, Payments, and Digital Initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to governance policies, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear oversight of scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth operation of PMO functions and provide necessary support to project teams.
- Enforce compliance with governance policies and project management best practices.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.
- Monitor, evaluate, and manage project scope changes effectively.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Demonstrate expertise in Open Banking, FinTech, and Digital Channels (e.g., digital wallets, e-commerce, mobile/internet banking, and payment services).
- Possess in-depth knowledge of at least one Payment System (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS) and Cards Operations (issuing & acquiring) within banking systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or IT.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing projects in the banking sector, with a focus on Cards, Payments, and Digital Projects.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile (preferably Scrum) methodologies, with hands-on experience in project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Solid IT knowledge with expertise in documentation, report preparation, and presentations.
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP (preferred).
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and task-tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and presentation abilities.
