Your Mission:

As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact, delivering accurate, quick, and high-quality services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. From handling cash transactions to introducing customers to innovative banking solutions, your role is vital in building lasting relationships and driving our mission of excellence forward.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide professional assistance to customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Handle transactions and inquiries with precision, professionalism, and a smile.
  • Promote and cross-sell our products and services, contributing to branch goals and growing our customer base.
  • Champion the bank’s digital transformation by onboarding customers to our digital platforms and enhancing their experience.
  • Support Trade Finance operations and ensure requests like LCs, LGs, and BCs are professionally managed.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team and take on any challenges your Line Manager entrusts you with.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or relevant fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  2. Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
  3. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
