Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join the team within a dynamic banking environment. This role plays a key part in supporting financial monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis across different business operations of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance across multiple banking operations and business units.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, including performance analysis, variance analysis, and financial insights for management.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Evaluate financial data and provide analytical insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
• Track financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement or cost optimization.
• Contribute to financial modeling and analysis for new initiatives and business developments.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4 – 6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
