IFRS9 and Assets Liabilities Reporting Officer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated IFRS9 and Assets Liabilities Reporting Officer to support the implementation of IFRS 9 standards and Asset Liability Management (ALM) practices. This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate financial reporting, and effective risk management aligned with the bank’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining compliance with IFRS 9 and ALM frameworks.
• Classify financial instruments and assess impairment in accordance with IFRS 9.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports that meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Support budgeting, costing, and financial planning activities.
• Calculating provisions in accordance with regulatory authorities' instructions.
• Calculating liquidity ratios in accordance with regulatory authorities' instructions.
• Extract and present data insights using visual tools (charts, graphs, dashboards).
• Monitor compliance activities and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in market and credit risk fields.
• Solid understanding of IFRS 9 and ALM principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
