We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team, bringing expertise in payment systems, digital banking platforms, and business process management (BPM).
This role is key in bridging business and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, efficient, and secure solutions across various digital and operational domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements for various domains, including payment systems (ACH, RTGS, SWIFT, CliQ, JoMoPay), digital platforms (online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, fintech), and BPM workflows.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for enhancement and automation.
- Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to refine solutions.
- Project Ownership & Technical Delivery:
- Lead the technical delivery of projects by preparing and executing detailed technical plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business goals, customer experience, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the seamless integration of digital systems with core banking platforms.
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Design and implement user-friendly, secure digital banking solutions and BPM workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Configure and customize BPM tools (e.g., Appian or similar) to meet organizational needs.
- Work with IT teams to visualize workflows using flowcharts and process diagrams.
- Monitoring, Support, and Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system performance, payments, and e-channels.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented workflows and digital services, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Provide end-user support and training on newly implemented solutions and tools.
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT business analysis within one or more of the following domains:
- Payment systems in banking or financial services
- Digital banking channels and e-platforms
- BPM workflow design and implementation
- Payment standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT)
- Digital APIs, security protocols, and UX/UI principles
- BPM tools, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and automation methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, and Visio.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, CDTP, CInP, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
