We are looking for an IT MIS Officer to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and supporting Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring data accuracy and availability to support management decisions and business operations across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support management and departmental needs.
  2. Extract, analyze, and validate data from core banking systems and other databases.
  3. Assist in automating recurring reports and improving data visualization efficiency.
  4. Support business units with data-driven insights and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  5. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and CBJ requirements.
  6. Coordinate with IT infrastructure and applications teams for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  7. Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives within the bank.
  8. Maintain proper documentation for reports, processes, and technical configurations.
  9. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tool like power BI , Alteryx, or any other analytic tool.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in MIS, IT reporting, or data analysis – preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Knowledge of core banking systems and relational databases is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
