Jordan Kuwait Bank is seeking an experienced driven banking professionals to join its Private Banking team as a Private Banking Relationship Manager / Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager.

 

This role is responsible for developing and managing a high-value portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, building trusted and long-term relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions that address clients’ evolving financial and wealth management needs. This role will also contribute to the growth of the Private Banking business through strategic client acquisition, portfolio development, and the identification of new business opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNW clients while delivering a distinctive Private Banking experience.
  • Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships to drive sustainable portfolio growth and profitability.
  • Assess clients’ financial needs and provide tailored banking, credit, investment, and wealth-related solutions in collaboration with relevant business and product teams.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and maximize the value of the overall relationship.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and emerging client needs.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage client relationships against agreed business objectives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
  • Ensure full adherence to KYC, AML, regulatory requirements, and the Bank’s internal policies and risk framework.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Elite/Priority Banking, or HNW Relationship Management.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, credit solutions, investments, and financial markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and client orientation.
