Project Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Project Manager, who plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects, and coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving the bank's projects and timeline.
Main Responsibilities:
- Full project life cycle management activities from project initiation to project closure.
- Developing project scope, objectives, and project plan, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Manage the relationship with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies and best practices in project management.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of all projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting, and presentations.
- Monitor or track project milestones, deliverables, and finance.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time.
Requirements and skills:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or Industrial engineering.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in project management in the Banking sector only, preferably in the fields: Digital platforms, Payment systems, card systems, compliance, open banking.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Task Tracking tools like JIRA.
- PMP or ACP certification is a plus.
- Good knowledge of IT and excellent skills in documentation and presentation.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent oral/written communication in both Arabic and English.
- The candidate should have good personal qualifications, excellent communication skills, teamwork, analytical skills, be Energetic, motivated, and can speak in front of people.
