We are currently seeking a talented and driven SME Relationship Manager to join our growing banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients, delivering tailored banking solutions, and building strong, long-term relationships that support their business growth.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients by understanding their financial needs and business models.

 

  • Provide expert financial advice and recommend banking solutions aligned with clients’ objectives.

 

  • Monitor client portfolio performance and proactively identify growth and improvement opportunities.

 

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance product penetration.

 

  • Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, and participation in business and community events.

 

  • Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with bank policies and applicable regulations.

 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SME banking processes and services.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

 

  • 6  – 10 years of experience in SME or corporate banking

 

  • Solid experience in credit structuring and risk assessment

 

  • Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio

 

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required

Location will be assigned based on business needs across Marka Center, Muqabalein Center, or Head Office
