🔑 Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and approachable demeanour.
- High level of motivation, competitiveness, and resilience to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new products, and handle challenges with creativity and initiative.
