Technical Integration Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Integration Analyst to join our IT Department. The role to design and implement system integration solutions, analyzing business requirements, integration solution architectures, and ensuring seamless Integration between multiple systems, combine technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities to deliver efficient integration solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with business analysts and teams to understand business requirements and develop technical requirements and specifications SRS and related documentations.
2. Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating functional needs into technical solutions.
3. Perform system Analysis, data mapping, creating, and maintaining technical documentations such as interface specifications, procedures, and data flow diagrams.
4. Identify, analyze system dependencies and design, document requirements and ensure that appropriate changes are made, and study impact the current solutions.
5. Integration testing of API/systems and Integration points of related systems to ensure functional requirements are met.
6. Investigate, Troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues efficiently to ensure system stability and performance.
7. Document Integration system dependencies and technical catalogues, Manuals and any required technical documentations as needed.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Analytical problem-solving skills and understanding of API design and RESTful services and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in SOAP & RESTful APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL / PL-SQL, and tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Excellent testing background and hands on with deferent testing tools.
• Hands-on with integration tools (TIBCO BW, API Gateways).
• Ability to balance functional and technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in System analysis and integration of a variety of technology systems.
